I've spent 28 years working across technology and innovation — international GM and sales leadership, building and scaling teams, and working as a technologist and strategist inside some of the world's most demanding organisations. I've led through hyper-growth, decline, restructure, and across large-scale multinational teams.
What I discovered, after years of coaching executives and leading teams, is that the real limits on leadership performance are almost never about skills or knowledge. Leaders know what they should do. The gap is in the conversion — between knowing and doing, between who you are and how you are landing. That is where the noise lives. And that is what SIGNAL was built to address.
